About Nate
Currently I am a Management Consultant at Accenture specialized in Talent and Organization Strategy focused on the Financial Services industry. Prior to consulting I worked extensively in the Financial Services industry, obtaining multiple FINRA/MSRB Securities Licenses and professional designations. My experience involved retail distribution and service models, institutional portfolio management, equity analysis, municipal bonds, process implementation, regulatory compliance, training design and delivery, and change management.
I have a passion for learning and strive to be a perpetual student, keeping my value on an upward trajectory. I have completed post-graduate work in Finance at Columbia University and hold an M.B.A. from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois in Human Resource Development with a focus on Adult Learning and Organization Development, and undergraduate degrees in Communications and Electronic Engineering.
I am also prior active duty Navy, a multiple tour combat veteran, and a currently serving member of the Army National Guard. I am very passionate about helping military veterans in any manner possible. I firmly believe that the United States military produces some of the greatest leaders and thinkers of any organization in the world and I strive to help these fellow patriots achieve their personal goals and realize their potential value within the business community.
Personally, I enjoy cooking for my family and friends, anything that gets me outdoors (hunting, hiking, camping, etc.), reading, and spending time with my son and daughter. I am a semi-retired rugby player and assist with coaching youth rugby programs. I also love music and stand-up comedy. After a long hiatus, I am revisiting writing (essays and fiction) as a hobby.
