I have 20 years of experience in the corporate world in human resources and consulting. I work as a career coach and leadership development trainer and for the past 5 years have been the president of my own firm.

I can help you to create a career goal, assess your current skills and abilities, explore options and determine the best way forward.

My passion is to support my clients to achieve their career goals but providing the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. I believe that the real difference ini achieving success is the importance of empowering beliefs that focus on what is possible.

I have a BA from the University of Mobile in Mobile, AL where I grew up. I believe in both lending a hand to those in need and taking personal responsibility for our life and career. My purpose is to be a catalyst for positive change in the world.
