About Carolyn

Hi. Over the past 25 years, I've worked as a Project Manager in IT, and Finance in multiple industries including: technology, insurance, logistics and communications. During much of that time, I worked as an independent consultant with my own small business (S-Corp). Through my many years of consulting, I learned to sell myself and skills each day, including resume writing, interviewing, cover letters and managing people.
I have an undergraduate degree in Geology from SUNY Oneonta, and an MBA from Adelphi University.
Off hours, I teach classes at the local adult school including one on Tips and Tricks to starting your Own Business. I'm also a fiber artist/freelance writer/teacher, designing, creating and selling wearable art.
My husband served as a Marine during the Vietnam War.
