For banking professionals, or realtors with banking pros in their network, I need someone familiar with the following, to start:
- The OC-10 agreement(s) with the federal reserve,
- The federal reserve act, especially section 16 (1 and 2),
- 12 USC 412, along with the indorsements of UCC 3 (3-204)
- 15 USC 1602(f), the term “credit,” and its relationship with the US Treasury,
- Natural persons, in regards to (consumer) credit,
- Other, related matters, in the course of doing business.
