In addition to HRBP responsibilities, participate as a member of BILH Sr
Leadership team and executes on strategic initiatives. Serves as the HR Business Partner to Executive and Physician leaders. Leads a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high level of engagement while leveraging our COE model.
Business Partnership: Build solid and trusting relationships with partner groups and across the organization. Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to translate the strategic and tactical business plans.
Trusted Coach: Work in conjunction with management teams and employees to coach and facilitate various workplace situations. Develop, implement, and administer employee relations programs that will contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Training & Development: Partner with the Director of Talent Management to identify common development needs and implement training strategies that support the company’s strategic plans and culture.
Recruitment & Staffing: Engage in employment related activities, including candidate selection, to support business objectives. Partner with managers and recruiting staff to define job profiles to ensure equal opportunity for all employees and which support business objectives, source and interviewing candidates, and provide recommendations on the selection of candidates.
Performance Management: Lead the performance management process to ensure employees and managers are trained on the performance management tool and work with management and staff to facilitate accomplishment of goal setting and development plans. Identify opportunities to fine tune the performance management process to best accommodate the needs of the organization.
Organizational Planning & Development: Function as an objective consultant to management with regard to organizational issues which impact people, including organizational structure, managing change, promotions and job title rationalization, Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure optimal organizational impact.
Compensation, Rewards & Recognition: Collaborate with HR management and business unit management teams on annual merit review process and implementation of all compensation related activities.
