About Tim
I am a former infantry officer and current JAG officer, with an MBA and a JD. My service obligation to the Army ends in 2016. At that time, I would like to transition into a civilian career in a management role. A leader development program would be ideal.
While I will not rule out work as an attorney, because I think I would do well at it, my first choice is to work in a management role. I went to law school to complement my business education, because I wanted to be a manager who understands the legal environment that we operate in: labor law, legal liability, fiduciary duties, taxation, financial and accounting regulation and compliance. I spent all of this time and money on an education, not to merely get a job, but to be the best manager for the company that sees my potential and gives me a shot. That is still my objective.
