About Kathleen
I currently lead non-personal professional promotion and Omni-channel marketing strategy for the Cardiovascular team. I graduated from Johnson & Johnson's Military Leadership Development Program in December 2021 where I was privileged to have three distinct cross sector and cross functional roles. My first rotation was a digital pharmaceutical marketing role with J&J's Oncology drug, Imbruvica. During my time in role, I led a variety of custom media tactics, as well as, digital and print production focused on clinical messaging and efficacy, I helped build a roadmap for our Omni-channel and precision targeting strategy, as well as tactically execute data connections as part of a cross functional and alliance team. My second rotation—working in J&J’s Consumer Health Sector as a Business Development Manager. I had the opportunity to lead our Skin Health Inorganic Strategy plan, as well as lead a number of large, global, cross-functional teams to support an acquisition and complete a strategic divestiture. My final rotation was with Vogue International as the NA Marketing Lead for Canada. I led brand planning and execution of 4-haircare brands (OGX, Maui Moisture, Aveeno, and Neutrogena) across Canada, using innovative agile marketing techniques to quickly adapt to rapidly changing consumer markets.
Prior to working at J&J I spent 11 years as an Intelligence Officer, and Assistant Professor for the United States Air Force. My military experience equipped me with strong leadership skills, in the face of fast moving highly stressful operations. Additionally, my background as an intelligence analyst equipped me with strong executive communication skills, advanced analytics, and optimization techniques.
I have a passion for data analysis, servant leadership and healthcare. We are currently in an era of immense technological growth and change. I want to be a part of this future--helping advance healthcare and change the world
