About Alicia
As Principal for Miller Heiman Group's Strategy and Talent Ready practices in North America, I'm responsible for national revenue generation, growth and client management. I work with our global team to provide insights into our clients’ greatest revenue and talent challenges. I partner closely with direct and channel teams to drive identification and development of new business opportunities, and provide strategic vision to our delivery team.
My additional responsibilities include:
• Builds strong internal network of resources and works effectively with them to build solutions and deliver against client needs.
• Advises client team and takes an active role in contributing to client strategy, planning and client satisfaction
• Designs and develops meaningful consulting engagements to meet the needs of the client leveraging all of our Be Ready solutions
• Facilitates client stakeholder sessions and executive briefings
• Develops matrix relationships throughout the sales organization with direct and channel sellers
• Originates new and grows current business in partnership with direct and channel sellers
• Participates and leads internal initiatives to build out the capabilities of the practice within MHG
• Provides thought leadership to the internal team, clients, and prospects
