Professional Career
• I am heavily involved in business mentoring as part of SCORE. My clients has won business plan competitions and I have been able to get quite a few would-be entrepreneurs off and going. My passion is to create branding strategies to drive sales for small businesses by using Social Media and other tools.
• I have been a successful entrepreneur, having started multiple companies in diverse industries – from Information Technology to Residential Construction.
• I grew one of my company, with seed funding of $5,000, to a $15 million consulting company with average billing rates of $200/hour, which successfully competed with multi-billion dollar international consulting companies due to a sharp focus on Branding and Marketing. This company was eventually sold through investment bankers to a publicly listed company, where I became the President of a unit and managed the business globally.
