About Gerald
My civilian career has primarily been selling and leasing large industrial manufacturing plants and warehouses in the metro Charlotte area. I was also a C130 Navigator with the Air National Guard with strategic planning assignments at the Wing, Pentagon, and numbered Air Force levels.
My formal education includes a 15 year old MBA after an Associates in Auto Service and a BS in Education.
About twenty years ago I left a national real estate brokerage firm and have been running my own firm successfully with my military wife. I am intense about staying current with business issues and national/international political affairs that may affect the economy on a macro level.
