About Philip

I am currently seeking a challenging new career to begin the next chapter of my professional life.

My previous experience included managing diverse staffs and operations as a senior enlisted member of the U.S. Coast Guard. In 2009 I left the service to concentrate on education, completing a MS in Organizational Behavior in 2011 and an MBA, Operations and Supply Chain Management, in May 2012. I chose these fields of study in order to develop a broad understanding of the forces that underlay business processes. I believe this strategic education and my tactical experience create a unique outlook which will prove beneficial in a variety of situations.

I am enthusiastic about this change and anticipate developing into my increased potential as I gain experience. I believe that ongoing improvement is the key to success and take pride in my ability to integrate new information and remain flexible.

My hope is to land a position which will allow me to support ongoing improvement and the professional development of myself and those around me as we extend the goals of the organization.
