I manage sales training for Johnson & Johnson's Consumer business. I have worked for major companies: Exxon, GE Capital, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. I also started up the recruiting function for the Liberty Science Center. I have extensive experience in the following areas: Recruitment, Talent Management, Career Development, compensation, organization effectiveness and development, strategic planning, training, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and sales effectiveness. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a BA in Pyschology and Spanish (double major) from the University of Vermont, and am SPHR certified.
In addition, I have a strong interest in giving back to those who protect and serve. My father served in the Army and my stepfather served in the Air Force. My stepfather retired from Picatinny Arsenal as a mechanical engineer. I am currently helping my friend, an Army Reservist who did 2 tours in Kuwait and Iraq, identify a new career path and am very familiar with the challenges of trying to find a suitable career when transitioning back into civilian life.
