About Alicia
Hey. I am currently a homemaker. My household consists of my Auntie (to whom I am her primary caregiver), my three children, my husband who recently retired from the Navy, and a rescued cat. I listed them in that order because that is the order of how it unfolded. I taught high school science for seven years and am currently a licensed Zumba instructor, personal caregiver, and wealth coach. My passions include helping people to discover, rediscover and - in some cases - create new goals by offering a totally unbiased and different perspective. Sometimes it is good to have someone in your life who has a life that is totally unlike yours. It can make you appreciate what you have, all the more, or it can help you to realize that things need to change in order for you to experience true happiness. I chose to be an advisor because I have seen the struggles that my husband has gone through from PTSD to adjusting, to the civilian way of doing things, and the dozens (if not hundreds) of little things in between. It has not been easy and I would love to assist, even if it is only to be a neutral support person.
