About D'Yaisha
I have a passion for helping people, pair that with my experience in training and the only thing left is a quality education. I am pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management because I feel I can be a very productive part of an organization. I also feel that I can help develop a winning team.
Before taking courses at University of Maryland University College (UMUC), I was not aware of the wide variety of functions offered in this career field. I have also looked at different job announcements. It helped hone in perspective in my selected major.
I like how I can intern in this field with mentors from different organizations. An internship will allow me to attain the necessary on the job knowledge, skills, and experience required by many employers with an emphasis on the function of interest.
