Worked for many years at Pacific Bell in a variety of mgmt. positions including call centers, career centers, quality centers, community affairs and public relations. Retired early from there and did some consulting in total quality management, and then went to work for AAA in San Francisco doing headquarters and field management work. Along the way picked up a B.A. in History, Minor in English; a Masters in Education and a Ph.D. in Psychology. Retired now [I'm getting old] I've done it all from line management to the executive suite. Can help with mgmt. questions, career and life coaching, and other things you may be curious about.
