About Carmine
I'd like to start by letting you know that I am a recent Alumni of the ACP program, it has changed my life! I served in the US Army for 13 years and was Honorably Discharged in 2006. While in the Army I served as a Combat Medic, as well as a Veterinary Technician. Since transitioning back into civilian life I have dedicated a great deal of time helping other veterans do the same. My experience was horrible, I applied for 100's of jobs with no response and found it very difficult to work with civilians initially. Based on this experience I feel I would be a great advisor / mentor for any Veteran willing to work hard and learn from my mistakes. Currently I am the Director of Military Talent Acquisition for C & A Financial Group; I'm also the founder of the company's Patriot Executive Mentorship Program. My goal is to help advise Veterans on all aspects of transition, including career, education, and finance.
