About Randall
I am a retired US Navy Seabee (Naval Construction Force) Chief Petty Officer. After serving 23 years in the Seabees I retired in 2013. Since my retirement I have worked in field service management and facilities management.
I have made it a personal mission to advocate on behalf of veterans and the facilities management profession. There is an identified skills gap in the facilities management realm and I feel strongly that military veterans can assist in closing that gap.
I have written a few articles and recorded a podcast on this very subject that my be found on my Linkedin profile.
I would love to speak with any veterans who may want to know more about the facilities management profession.
Additionally, I spent the last 5 years of my military service in special programs supporting Dept. of State, Diplomatic Security. If any veteran is interested in the Foreign Service, I can provide them information on what the Foreign Service life is like and what career opportunities are available.
