About Lauran

Recently retired. Developed online computer technology courses for Midwestern community college. Have worked with a wide range of students as they seek to develop a path to their "ideal" job. I believe with current technology, it is possible for anyone to learn what they need to know, and to develop the communication skills needed for success.

I have a Master's degree from The George Washington University, in educational technology, earned while working full time and raising two children.

There are no military connections in my family, but most of the student's I have worked with, who are current or former military, have already mastered many of the skills they will need in the future. They frequently just need to see themselves in a different light.
