About Mark
Served as a Parachute Rigger with the 82nd Airborne Division. Served from 1988-1991 and supported operations for the jump into Operation Just Cause (Panama) and direct service in Saudi Arabia for Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
After service I got into computers and found a passion for the internet and website creation. Since 1995 I have been building websites and internet based solutions for a wide variety of clients both commercially as well as volunteer work to support veterans organizations.
In 1998 I created a website for paratroopers called Paratrooper.net which thrived for a dozen years before facebook and social networking offered more and I retired the site.
I am a long time member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association and for a long time was active at both the local chapter (Chicago) and National organization level as a board member and service as the organizations webmaster.
