About Ben

Please allow me a moment to explain why I do what I do. I connect the waypoints, so that others can experience the journey. I enjoy bridging the gaps, connecting the dots, so that others have the opportunity to thrive.

I believe life is a journey with various waypoints, i.e. anything of value to a person or organization. The journey necessitates leaders, followers, situations, and connections. At the core of the journey is people. We must not only lead or mentor but care for one another. As a leader, mentor, or program manager I connect those waypoints by identifying the problem(s), decoding the chaos, finding the answer(s), and translating it all into action. Also, I believe in a one team, one family, one fight approach.

Professionally, I am an accomplished leader with 20 years of experience working in challenging and dynamic environments. A strong Human Resource generalist experience with a proven talent in the development and implementation of training programs for exempt and nonexempt personnel; proven ability to lead teams, develop materials, impart knowledge, and update programs. Effective communicator with an inclusive leadership style.

Where can I help you? How can I help you? Would you for me to be a part of your organization?
