About Jose

I am a veteran of the Iraq War. Subsequently I was discharged from the Army and National
Guard upon return from the war. In 2010 I retired as an investigator for the Public Defender's Office. I am a graduate of the EBV program at Florida State.

After EBV, I started a private investigators business. I have been successful at it. Now I wish to begin a new venture as an OPM qualified background investigator as an individual contractor for the government agencies needing these services. I have two Master's degrees: one in criminal justice, the other in international relations. I need a mentor to learn how to contract with the government. It will be a year before I begin in this field.

I know I can do it but have many questions about how to become a government contractor.
