About Jay
Hello!
I separated from the Marine Corps in 2011, finished my Bachelor's Degree, and started working in project management. After spending a lot of time 'doing what Marines do' I enjoy most improving the quality of life of the stakeholders of each project we complete, and--quite literally--getting buildings off the ground.
Currently, my journey is with a Midwest-based hotel management company. We own, build, and manage hotels across the United States.
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business studying Operations. This background in business and the military has complemented leading diverse building teams throughout North America.
I'm passionate about continuous improvement, helping others, and being part of something larger than myself.
When I'm not working, I enjoy flying, hunting, organic gardening, and traveling.
