About Mark
I began my professional career in the Electronic Security Industry more than 30 years ago as a security system technician serving in the United States Air Force. Over the years, I've held numerous advancing positions ranging from residential and commercial installer, sales representative and sales manager, to operations supervisor and district general manager. I hold an Associate’s degree in Fire Science Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
During my career, I have been a 5-time award recipient for outstanding team performance in exceeding objectives, a 2-time award recipient for recognition of installation excellence, and a 3-time award recipient for overall district performance to metrics including sales success, service performance, customer retention, and achievement of financial objectives.
