About Gail
As a Commercial Lines Underwriting Quality Consulting Director, I have the opportunity to work with all divisions and territories countrywide to evaluate and assess adherence and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
I have a Masters Degree in Business, several insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, CRM and AIM) and have worked on many projects through my insurance career to continuously improve workflow, efficiencies, and profitability. I have extensive knowledge of insurance company operations and my passion for 'doing the right thing' makes a position in quality assurance a good fit for me.
I have been a mentor for ACP for several years working with veterans who decided to retire from military life to seek work in the private sector. I started assisting ACP 7 years ago and can proudly say that all the veterans I have worked with found jobs during our mentorship.
In addition to my insurance career, I enjoy playing piano, skiing, NASCAR, volunteering with the fire department and cooking.
