About Eduardo "Eddie"

To serve my fellow veterans and to ensure they get all benefits and entitlements earned from their military service .I am the Administrative Officer for Mental Health, the Founder of both the San Francisco Veterans Town Hall/Collaborative and One Vet One Voice Initiative. I am charged with promoting the use of VA benefits, programs and services. I advocate on Veterans behalf, identify gaps in service and make recommendations to improve service delivery within the VA. I conduct a monthly town hall for Veterans and community partners to learn about the programs available and the issues facing our Veterans and military families. I help educate Veterans on their entitlements; many Veterans lack the information to take full advantage of their benefits. In addition, I conduct workshops on “How to get a Federal Government job”. Many federal agencies are looking to hire Veterans; I give you the insights to the process. I'm Commander of both the Cesar E. Chavez Post 505, and 8th District Council of the American Legion, President of Golden Gate Chapter 120, Air Force Association and Past President of the San Francisco VA Commission . I served 22 years active duty in the US Air Force and retire as a Master Sgt., if you know a Veteran who needs my assistance, please refer them to me.
