About Kevin
I have had a long career in commercial real estate lending, and I think I can help if you are interested in commercial real estate investing or lending. Currently I work at Citi Community Capital, where my group monitors a portfolio of more 1,500 apartment properties with more than 100,000 rental units occupied by low income tenants. I work and live in LA with my wife and son (who just graduated from CalArts and is starting his own film production company), but we spend as much time as we can on the Oregon coast and hope to retire there once all those student loans are paid off.
