About James
I am the Forging Design Manager for Alcoa Wheel & Transportation Products. We develop aluminum wheels for the commercial and passenger vehicle markets, and my team is responsible for developing the forgings used in making the wheels.
I am a strong technical leader who can solve problems. My background is in Mechanical Design, and I have a passion for CAD. More importantly, I enjoy working others to pass along my knowledge.
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Technology - focus on Mechanical Design. I also have a Master's of Engineering degree which ia blend of a Master of Science in Engineer and MBA.
Personally, I am an avid musician. I have played guitar since my teens, and I play bass. I current play with a local coverband as my "second job" and a great stress reliever!
