About Laura
Hello ACP community! I am Laura, I have been working in the IT field within operations business groups for over 15 years. I started out as a divorced displaced homemaker, a newly single mom of three teenagers, and working at a call center. I have worked my way up and have gone on to help build (or re-build) business operations teams - Command Center Operations teams. To name a few; Xbox Command Center, Global Customer Command Center, and Azure Stack HCI Helpdesk for large corporations, like Microsoft and Expedia Group. I love working to build or continuously improve operational business support groups. One of the major reasons is I get satisfaction from working towards maximum efficiency for optimal services. Mostly, because I love to service customers to the best of my abilities and I feel like solid processes and business ethics are key. I feel it's important to stay agile and to keep consistently learning for maximum growth, and to be the best I can be to those around me. I look forward to working with veterans and my hope is to give a little back to those who have given so much.
