I have held various positions in the United States Army Military Police Corps in areas of increasing responsibility with a strong history in management, development, training, accountability, and the well-being of over 200 subordinates and their families. I have consistently improved organizational productivity through the development and implementation of strategies that foster operating synergies, facilitating lasting and positive change to increase organizational productivity. I am adept at analysis, budgeting, and developing cost reduction initiatives, and have been recognized for my ability to translate corporate vision and mission into regional and unit strategies in order to meet and exceed financial and organizational targets, and maximizing asset utilization. Inhave been identified as a powerful communicator with the ability to effectively interface with C-level executives regarding operations, productivity and performance gains. I have eaned a BS in Criminal Justice Administration with University of Phoenix, Masters in Higher Education Administration with the University of Louisville, and a Masters in Public Administration with Pennsylvania State University, maintaining a 3.8 GPA in all curriculum. My official retirement date will be Novemeber 1st, 2021.
