About Ed
I served in the Medical Service Corps with the 48th Medical Battalion, the 2nd Armored Division and at Darnell Army Hospital. I also did Reserve Service in Minneapolis. I am presently leading a team of Customer Care professionals to deliver Support , Service and Training for Plantronics. I have worked in 26 countries, had long term assignments in 3, and managed contact centers in 11 countries.
I'd like to help Vets transitioning out of the Services and into Civilian employment. Not many people were there to help us after Viet Nam. I want your experience to be better than my peers went through.
