About Jennifer
As the Director of Diversity Recruitment Strategy at MetLife, I am responsible for shaping our approaches for ensuring that we attract and develop a diverse pipeline of talent – bringing innovative solutions to drive equity in our talent practices.
I most recently joined from JPMorgan Chase, where I served as VP, Global Technology Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager with a background and expertise in diversity and talent acquisition from my work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as well as Verizon. I hold a Masters in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.
