About Ryan
My name is Ryan Watson, I am an Army Veteran who upon separating became a small business owner and Insurance Agent. I found myself getting into recruiting after about a year in Insurance, and after several years of IT and Engineering recruiting I came back to the insurance industry as a recruiting consultant.
Over the years, I have learned based on my own transition, and through volunteer work how hard the transition is. I work with TAP on the United States Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, and Peterson Air Force Base, along with mentoring on a number of LinkedIn sites.
