I spent 25+ years working in Human Resources for Fortune 500 companies. My last position was as V.P. of HR for a medical device manufacturer, where I handled recruiting, benefits, training, employee relations, pensions, legal compliance, executive development, and all other areas of H.R. Since 2001 I have been a corporate trainer/consultant, working primarily in the area of harassment/discrimination. I also provide career and job search coaching to individuals in transition.
