About Tom
I am an experienced training and operations specialist with 20 years in the United States Air Force and Department of Defense. As my career evolved I used my abilities to improve the training programs of multiple organizations. I'm passionate about growing the knowledge of employees and helping others use their gifts to reach company goals. My career goal is to enter into the Human Resources Development field to further enlarge my opportunities to help others. I have an Associate’s degree in Emergency Management, Associates in Avionics Systems Technology, and I'm currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Human Resource Development. During my spare time I enjoy songwriting, playing the guitar, and embarrassing my family by acting goofy and silly. Maybe it's not an act.
