I am a retired educator with a Masters Degree and 30 years of teaching special education high school students. I served in the USAF from 1968-1972 with the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron. Combat missions in SEA as a dropsonde/loadmaster on WC 130 aircraft. My passions now are to stop the lack of college credit for vets like my son Sgt Jay Cahill when he returned from his deployment to Iraq as a Combat Medic and critical care nurse. His 80 weeks of medical education was deemed worthless by my alma mater Cal State Sacramento. He had to start college all over again due to the broken transfer policies of public schools here in California
