About Jerome
I'm a retired Army Human Resources Specialist that separated in 2009. After separating, I worked in the contracting and government sector for over 5 years. I also completed the boots to business program and started a veteran owned small business in 2013 as a business management and technology consultant.
I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Management (Organizational Development). In addition, I have completed certifications in PeopleSoft and Oracle HRM. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Project Management.
I love traveling and studying information systems. I'm always reading and enjoy learning new things related to Human Capital and Technology.
