About Bart
I have been retired since June of 2014. My work experience was in the field of Workers' Compensation insurance; exclusively on the policy side & primarily limited to that of New York State. I attended the University of Miami from 1964-68. I am also a veteran, having served in the Army from 1969-70 with a year of service in Vietnam.
