About Leslie

I am a mother of one teenager and work as a 3rd grade classroom teacher in Montclair, NJ. My earlier and later teaching careers bookend 18 years working in the corporate sector as a Human Resources Manager doing Employee Communications, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Training and Development, etc. I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Communication and two teaching certifications. More recently, I have attended Montclair State University and have completed 21 graduate credits in Special Education. My Dad was in the Army and served in the Korean War.
