About FREDY
I am a Program Manager with the US Postal Service Office of Inspector General. I manage a team of professionals who manage our budget, contracts, and project management functions. I earned my MBA from the University of Baltimore and am almost complete with my MS in Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University. I served for nine years in the Marine Corps as a Sergeant and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
