About Charles
I am a retired Air Force Officer having served 28 years on both active and reserve service. When I retired I was the Reservist assigned as the Controller of AF Systems command. My service with Lockheed Martin involved many positions but my final job was as the Chief Financial Officer of the Energy Sector. After retirement my wife and I formed a Chapter S corporation where we managed the minority interests of Lockheed Martin in an Innovation Center involving 27 incubator or start up companies I then taught as an adjunct professor for a community college here in East TN. I currently provide consulting service to several small companies in TN
