About Jim

Retired from the U. S. Coast Guard 1985 with 20 years experience where I specialized in Personnel Administration and Merchant Marine Safety. I was also a licensed real estate broker since 1982. During that time I taught over 20 different courses related to sales and personal development. I have also been the broker to over 100 agents at one time. Currently I am writing a book, Real Estate Lagniappe that teaches people thinking of entering the real estate business or experienced agents who want to become better at being a real estate agent.
