About Robert

Mr. Paiva is a deeply experienced Senior Executive with an extensive background in business which includes operations, marketing, corporate development, strategic growth, project/program management and having served in numerous leadership capacities over a successful 25 year career. In recent years, Mr. Paiva has been involved in seven start-ups for industries that include Telecommunications/Internet, High-Tech, Cleantech and Energy, serving as Founder and CEO for five of the seven. Mr. Paiva currently serves as President and Managing Director for the private investment and consulting firm Norhill Gardner, which he founded in 2011, serving numerous client businesses across an array of industries.

Mr. Paiva pursued his Bachelors of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Paiva serves the Houston and International communities by volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, advocating for Veterans advancing in their post-military careers and assisting his wife’s 501C(3) non-profit foreign-mission society, Our Global Village. He enjoys traveling, fine dining, sailing, hiking, cycling/mountain biking and always seeking his next big adventure.
