About Katie
As a young Personnel Officer for the U.S. Air Force, I transitioned early in my
career to the civilian sector where I continued in Human Resources leadership
roles for the past 10 years. In looking back, I frequently wish I had a professional
mentor to guide me to greater certainty about the career path I chose. I was
fortunate that my first civilian job led to a very rewarding career, but it was more
a leap of faith than an educated, confident first step. As an HR professional, I
have come to be a trusted advisor in others' career development. My passion is
to help individuals, teams and organizations fulfill their utmost potential, and I
can't think of a greater way to thank you for your service while also providing
corporate America with the character and leadership that is critical to the
strength of this nation. I'm excited to be your mentor, to not only help you in this

am a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy as well as the University
