About Joel
Joel Preminger is a Process Excellence Lean Sigma Black Belt Program Manager at HP, leading process improvements and transformations achieving marketing efficiencies, driving cost savings and business benefits. Prior to that Joel was a Global Project Manger with the Imaging and Printing Services Group at HP, leading strategic business improvement initiatives across IT and business processes for Managed Print Services.
Before joining HP in 2003, Joel was Senior Director of Operations at i2 Technologies, a global provider of supply chain and content solutions. At Aspect Development (acquired by i2), Joel was Director of Consulting Services, where he successfully developed the organization in a rapid growth environment and was overseeing dozens of successful global enterprise supply chain solution implementations.
Prior to Aspect and i2, Joel was the Business Information Systems Manager for Indigo America (now part of HP), where he led the development and marketing of a novel remote diagnostics system for enhanced Customer Service. Preceding that Joel held various engineering and management positions in product engineering and manufacturing while working at an aerospace and defense systems contractor.
Joel holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Joel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified HP Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He lives in Nashua New Hampshire.
