About Thomas
After recently retiring from Federal Service I'm looking to leverage my experience helping organizations, groups and individuals achieve their goals by assisting veterans successfully transition out of the military.
My background in dealing with change & job searching includes honorable separation from the Regular Army (5 yrs.), being laid off in the private sector from two different industries, multiple acquisitions/mergers in both public & private sectors and of course my recent retirement from FSIS/USDA.
I have a Masters in Organizational Learning and Bachelors in Organizational Development along with number certifications in a variety of assessments (EQ, DISC, FIRO-b, etc.) and experience coaching both individual contributors and executives.
Left the Regular Army after 6 years as a Staff Sergeant and more recently spent time in the Intelligence Community.
Thomas has volunteered to be available for private messages. Feel free to send a conversational message but remember to be succinct and mindful of the other person’s time.
