About Richard
I have served in the military as a 30 year Army officer (now retired), have served in the private sector as a Vice President for Human Resources/Training and Organizational Development with several companies and also served in the government sector as a Director of Human Resources of a major federal government acquisition program. This combination of experience will allow me to assist veterans with a variety of perspectives and experiences. I have several degrees, including a PhD, have numerous professional certifications including Human Resources, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Training. My passion is aligning the right people into the right position that serves both the organization and the person. I am a disabled veteran and understand the impacts of that on both obtaining and advancing in careers. I also have a passion for veterans and desire to directly help them achieve their personal goals and objectives and firmly believe that people with military experience have strengths, talents and abilities that make them superior employees!!
