Navy Engineer with a B.S. in aerospace, Rickover-trained as nuclear engineer, spent five years as an electrical engineer onboard ship and the last 20 in construction across all disciplines but with a focus (and a PE) in civil engineering. Breadth and depth in both technical and business aspects (MS in Finance) of engineering to include contracting and matrix organization dynamics.
