About Rebecca

Hi! My name is Rebecca and I am long-time professional in the engineering/construction industry. I started my career with my current company at 19, finished my BS degree and then went on to get my masters. I worked throughout and fought my way up. I went through/survived many mergers and acquisitions. I was approached to join the leadership team of a struggling organization to help redefine their direction. I left AECOM after 24 years to try something more challenging. I recently came back accepting a position I really wanted but struggled to obtain via internal promotions. I spend my free time volunteering with various veteran organizations. My favorite part of my job and my volunteerism is seeing others thrive and be successful. I am absolutely not an expert but I am experienced.
