About Carlos

I am Carlos Sanchez, a USAF veteran and current employee of Johnson and Johnson. I have made it part my life's work to support veterans,, since I come from a long line of veterans in my family going back to the Civil War. The military gave me direction when I had none, and I would like to give back in any way that I can. My education had been provided by the military, an expertise unmatched by traditional methods, yet I encourage all veterans to go further because it is there for them. I involve myself in community endeavors such as Blue Star Mothers, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. I also engage myself and recruit people into Veteran sporting activities which encourage spirit, comraderie, and discipline to achieve. I coach first time marathoners, and although not certified, I have had many successes for those trying to deal with PTSD through marathoning and trail running.
