About Jerry
1983-1988 US Army, MOS 98J-G4. Studied arts, languages, photography, & jewelry design (1990s-2000s). Avid reader. Currently taking a 2-month long non-fiction writer's workshop -- although what I really would like to learn formally is screenwriting!
For exercise I practice daily the Wim Hof Method. To fill the void left by cutting off most of my social media (Reddit & Instagram), I am practicing games of memorization (ex. maps, using the iPhone app Seterra). I am also finding myself listening to educational/motivational material on Youtube.
Been doing real estate for the last 4 years, but starting to feel burned out, so trying to reinvent me in the same field (ex. helping people in shelters find a rental apartment), but looking for options outside of real estate as well. You can call me a 'Jerry of all trades' - master of none, but often better than the master of one. ;)
